We needed several gates for litter of pups due, I was unsure which gates would be best option as our door sizes were right at the limits of two different gates. After speaking to Amy, she was so helpful, I ordered what she suggested, when they arrived we were unsure about the set up, phoned again and spoke to Amy who talked us through how they worked and sent videos, gates are up, excellent quality and will not move, something very important to us following a gate accident with a previous litter. I would definitely use safetots again and would not hesitate to recommend

A few years ago was given part of a Safetots Pen to use for my puppies. I bought the extra panels to make it square. I was so pleased I bought another one to use as a fence to separate my garden to keep puppies in one area. Due to the hot weather yesterday everywhere was too hot for puppies. So I ordered another pen to go under the trees in the very cool part of the garden. It arrived this afternoon. Very pleased.

I bought a stairgate as my puppy is always running up the stairs. I was very stressed as it broke. I rang Haley who sent me the plastic bit within a day!
She was extremely police and very professional and is an asset to the company

The pet gate I brought is well made and worth the money. I miss calculated the size and needed bigger, customer service were so helpful, especially hayley monaghan, made it all very easy to sort out, no stress at all. Would definitely by from them again and will recommend them

Based on a recommendation from MumsNet I ordered what was needed for next day delivery. Unfortunately it went astray but I made contact with Hayley at SafeTots who was polite, professional and quick to resolve the issue by reordering for the following day. Reissued product received next day as promised and installed and working as it should. I'm sure the original will appear somewhere at some point but I would recommend the product and the customer service at SafeTots ?

Excellent service from Amy. We ordered the wrong size stair gate for awkward site. I had been putting off making the call to sort out replacement gate but Amy made it painless with her knowledge and expertise plus helpful friendly manner. 10/10 ****** all sorted in 1 phone call including arranging the collection and delivery. I had cause to contact SafeTots after realizing that my gate was missing a screw and bolt. Not a component delivery issue, as we received the gate years ago, but the screw had come loose and fallen out, and got thrown away !! I called SafeTots and not only was the call answered on the 3 ring (unprecedented these days), the call was answered by Amy who very quickly understood what parts I needed and arranged for them to be sent out in the post the very same day. Sadly its not very common these days to receive great service and so when it is given it needs to be recognized.

Amy quickly identified a part I needed to add on to a purchase from a year ago. It arrived the next day and is now in use. Brilliant!

My order had a faulty part but when I contacted the support team they quickly apologised and sent me a replacement product. I appreciate things can go wrong but it’s how issues are rectified that sets businesses apart and I felt the need to put a review to express my gratitude for the great service I received from the support team. The product itself is also great.

Came back to Safetots for replacement fixings having lost ours and found their customer service as great as ever. Amy was incredibly helpful, as she was last time advising me on stairgates for some awkward wide and narrow gaps. Thanks again! MW

I bought two wooden stair gates (for top and bottom access) and they were delivered much quicker than I expected!

Given that I moved into a new build home, I had a joiner fit the gates for me so I didn't need to go buy all the tools to do it myself and he was very impressed with the gates. Even he made comment about how sturdy the gate is and how simple it is to operate.

There is a trick to getting the gates fitted so I'd recommend that you read the instructions and pay attention to the photos (there's also an instructional video). Would definitely buy from here again as the quality is great!
